Pest control services are governed by the service agreement, accepted proposal, and any required notices provided for your service.
Those documents address matters such as:

- Treatment frequency and appointment arrangements.
- Recurring billing and payment authorization.
- Cancellation, pauses, callbacks, and any service guarantee.

These website terms do not replace those documents. If these terms conflict with an applicable service agreement about the pest control work itself, the service agreement controls, subject to applicable law.

4. SMS Terms
Program name and purpose
Treasure Pest Service Messages is our service-related text messaging program for prospective and existing customers who opt in.

Providing a telephone number without selecting the SMS consent checkbox does not enroll you in this program. The checkbox is not selected by default.

How to opt out
Reply STOP to any message from this program to opt out.
You may receive one final text confirming your opt-out. After that, we will not send further messages through this program unless you enroll again.
You may also contact us using the details below to request removal from the text messaging program.
Opting out of texts does not cancel an appointment, service agreement, or payment obligation. Contact us separately if you want to change or cancel a service. We can arrange another available method for necessary service communications.

Changed or reassigned numbers
Please notify us if you stop using or lose authorization to use the enrolled number so we can update our records and messaging preferences.

Message delivery depends on your wireless provider, network availability, and other factors. Delivery may be delayed or unsuccessful.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Do not rely on text messaging for emergencies or urgent safety concerns. Our messaging program is not an emergency service.
