*Pricing is based on the home’s living area in square feet, not the lot size. Your quote will state the living-area square footage used and your monthly price before you agree. These are launch prices; your accepted price is confirmed before service.

Your introductory charge is $1, billed only after your initial service is completed. Monthly billing begins one calendar month later unless canceled before that charge. There is no mandatory second payment, minimum two-month commitment, or added setup, enrollment, or cancellation fee.

How the payments work

We charge $1 only after the agreed first service is completed. Your first full monthly payment is charged one calendar month later unless you cancel before that charge. After that, we bill on the same day of each month while your plan continues. We do not bill every 30 days.

Example dates are illustrative. If your billing day is the 29th, 30th, or 31st and a month lacks that day, we bill on that month’s last day, then return to your original billing day when available. Rescheduling a later visit does not silently change your billing date.

Who qualifies and what is included

Homes that fit the offer

This offer is for routine residential general pest service within Treasure Pest’s service area. It is intended for prevention and ordinary pest activity, rather than a heavy infestation that needs intensive work. Your home does not have to be completely pest-free.

Before treatment, a licensed technician checks the conditions and confirms whether the requested work fits the offer. Household cleanliness alone does not determine eligibility.

If the home needs more work

If we find a heavy infestation, intensive roach problem, inaccessible wasp nest, or other work beyond routine service, we explain what we found and give you a separate written quote. You can accept or decline before that work begins.

We will not automatically replace the $1 price with a higher price, add an unapproved inspection fee, or charge a larger initial-service price because you later cancel. If you decline the separate quote and no agreed service is performed, we do not charge the $1 service fee. We offer a limited $1 service only when the technician confirms it is appropriate and explains its limits.

Your general pest plan

The plan covers ants, spiders, roaches, crickets, and wasps within the routine treatment limits in your Service Agreement and accepted quote. It is exterior-first. Appropriate interior treatment for covered pests is available by request and appointment, with permission to enter and the required preparation.

Scheduled visits are every other month: six visits during 12 months of uninterrupted coverage, including the first visit. Monthly payments cover the ongoing program and included callbacks, not a separate spray every month. Methods may include inspection, monitoring, targeted treatment, or prevention advice. Pesticide use is not automatic at every visit.

What is not included

Termite or other wood-destroying-organism inspections or treatment, bed bugs, rodents, wildlife, fumigation, exclusion work, and structural repairs are not included at any pricing tier. Specialty work needs a separately accepted scope and price with an appropriately licensed provider. Treasure Pest does not perform fumigation. A general pest visit is not a formal termite inspection.

Finding an excluded pest does not automatically disqualify an otherwise suitable general pest service, and it does not make that excluded pest part of your plan.

If covered pests return

While coverage is active, our guarantee is a free re-service visit within 48 clock hours of receiving your callback request, including weekends. This is a visit, not merely a reply. If you request a later appointment, cannot provide access or preparation, or weather or legal treatment restrictions prevent service, we explain the limitation and arrange the earliest permitted appointment. Routine staffing delays do not change the promise.

Re-service does not always mean another spray. We follow product labels and do not promise a permanently pest-free home or zero risk to people or pets. The guarantee does not remove your rights if we fail to provide a paid-for service.

Canceling and managing your plan

You can cancel at any time

Cancel online through your customer portal, email hello@treasurepest.com, or call 949-844-3663. You may also cancel through the same communication method you used to enroll or normally use with us. Online cancellation takes effect immediately without a phone call or approval from our team, including for the $1 offer.

Cancellation stops automatic renewal and future plan charges immediately. We confirm your cancellation and coverage end date. Coverage already paid for continues through the end of your current billing period; after that, no further treatments are scheduled under the canceled plan. No 30-day notice is required. You do not have to accept a retention offer or pay an outstanding balance to cancel.

If you cancel after the first service but before your first monthly charge, no monthly payment is charged. Your $1 payment provides coverage through the end of the initial billing period, which ends one calendar month after the first service, using the short-month rule above. It is not a fixed 30-day period. There is no cancellation fee or charge to recover the introductory discount.

At the $89 tier, a June 5 start followed by cancellation on June 20 means you pay only $1. There is no July 5 charge. Coverage continues until the billing period ends on July 5. Because scheduled visits are every other month, this initial period does not include a second routine visit. Included callbacks remain available while coverage is active.

Cancel before the next renewal charge to avoid it. If a valid monthly charge has already occurred, coverage continues through the end of that paid billing period, and no further plan charges occur. Canceling mid-period does not automatically create a prorated refund. Billing errors, services we do not provide, and refunds required by law are handled separately. Statutory cancellation rights are not limited by this policy.

Pauses and missed payments

You can request a pause of up to 60 days. We confirm the dates in writing. New monthly charges, routine visits, and callbacks stop during the pause. Restart requires your confirmation of the date and price; there is no automatic restart fee. Any extra work needs your approval first.

If a payment fails, we notify you. We may retry the same charge up to three additional times within 14 calendar days where permitted. We charge no retry or late fee. After 14 days unpaid, service may be put on hold with at least three calendar days’ notice. No new monthly charges are created during the hold. You can still cancel at any time. Cancellation stops further automatic plan charges, including payment retries. Any dispute about a prior unpaid charge is handled separately and does not delay cancellation.

Your payment method and price

With your separate permission, our payment processor stores your payment method and charges the agreed amounts on schedule, even when you are not logged in. Extra services require your approval. You may revoke automatic-payment permission by contacting us; this stops future automatic charges under that permission but does not erase a valid amount owed.

We may change advertised prices for future enrollments. A website price change does not change your accepted plan. An increase to your existing recurring price requires your agreement and a clear notice explaining the change and how to cancel, sent 7–30 days before it takes effect. The disclosed switch from $1 to your selected monthly price follows your agreed schedule.

Before you agree

Service instructions and your rights

We provide the required pesticide notice before application and the actual-application notice afterward. This offer does not replace those notices. Secure pets, provide authorized access, and follow the instructions for the specific products and treatment. There is no single waiting time that applies to every product.

Weather, access, or label restrictions may require a visit to be rescheduled. We do not mark a missed visit as completed. If we cannot deliver an included paid-for service within an agreed reasonable replacement period, we address any credit or refund owed.

Legal cancellation and refund rights take priority over these terms. Some sales made at a home or through home solicitation have additional cancellation rights and required notices. Signing online does not, by itself, remove those rights. This document is not a substitute for any required cancellation form.

Your completed offer summary

Before you accept, we give you a completed summary showing: your name and service address; the home’s living-area square footage used for pricing; the $1 initial price; your exact monthly price; the fact that there is no mandatory second payment; the service scope; how the billing dates are determined; and how to cancel. We confirm the actual dates after the first service is completed.

You receive a copy you can save, together with your accepted Service Agreement and required notices. You may request paper copies without charge. Electronic delivery and marketing-text permission are separate choices. We also provide an annual subscription reminder explaining the price, billing frequency, and cancellation method.

Separate customer choices

Each choice below is separate. No choice is preselected.

Service terms: I accept the completed offer summary, service scope, and Service Agreement presented to me.

Recurring plan: I agree to pay $1 after the first completed service. Unless I cancel before the first monthly charge, billing begins one calendar month later at $[MONTHLY PRICE] and continues monthly until canceled. There is no mandatory second payment. I can cancel online at any time to stop future plan charges, with paid coverage continuing to the end of the current billing period. Routine visits are every other month, not monthly. I have been shown how to cancel.

Payment permission: I authorize the payment processor to save my payment method and charge the agreed initial and recurring amounts on the disclosed schedule, including when I am not logged in. This does not authorize unspecified fees or extra services.

How these documents work together

This offer explains the introductory price and recurring plan. It must be provided with the completed Plan Summary and General Pest Protection Service Agreement before acceptance. A service ticket or later website edit cannot silently change the agreed terms. Any conflict must be corrected before the customer signs; rights that cannot legally be waived always apply.
